GLC TO APPEAR ON BET'S 106 & PARK....

Today, April 23rd, at 6:00pm EST, G,O.O.D Music Artist GLC will be debuting "Big Screen" video on BET's 106th & Park. The show will debut the new release of the video on along with a brief interview of his upcoming projects and album release this summer.

With an immense track record of performances all over the world and the support of major industry professionals, GLC has been grinding and establishing himself within his own right including new single "Big Screen," featuring Kanye West. Big Screen is featured on Kansas City's Negro Leagues Baseball Museum new released compilation album "True To the Game." True to the Game serves as a mixture of education and entertainment deriving from the roots and history of the Negro Baseball League. Other artist featured on the compilation include Chicago artist Mikkey Halsted, Shawnna, Snoop Dog along with other acclaimed artist within the music industry.

As the major figure-head for the compilation, GLC kicked off the CD release and has been making several appearances in Kansas City, Atlanta, New York and Chicago. With a scheduled release this summer, his album has features from various acclaimed artist including Bun B of UGK, Rich Boy, Kanye West, T-Pain along with an immense of dope tracks with a line up of A- class producers.

KRS-ONE AND BUCKSHOT DEBUT TRACK "ROBOT"

KRS-ONE & BUCKSHOT unveil the first song off their highly anticipated album "SURVIVAL SKILLS" in stores August 25th on Duck Down Records

ROBOT, produced by Havoc of Mobb Deep, is a hard-hitting track that showcases KRS-ONE & BUCKSHOT in true form, highlighting the current auto-tune trend in Hip-Hop and exposing the copy-cat mentality that has rappers hiding behind "the program." Stepping outside the factory that Hip Hop has become, the duo lead the charge in the battle for originality. 

The video for ROBOT is being filmed this week by Todd Angkasuwan in Brooklyn, New York with BET providing exclusive behind-the-scenes coverage. 

"Survival Skills" has confirmed features from Mary J Blige, Slug, of Atmosphere, Immortal Technique, K'NAAN, Talib Kweli, Sean Price, Naledge of Kidz In The Hall, Smif N Wessun, Rock of Heltah Skeltah and Geo of Blue Scholars

VIVIAN GREEN SIGNS WITH E1 MUSIC....

(New York, NY) — E1 Music is pleased to announce the addition of R&B singer and songwriter Vivian Green to its roster.  The Universal, three album deal will kick off with Green’s forthcoming album set to be released in Summer 2009. 

 

Bob Frank, President of E1 Music, states, “We are thrilled to have Vivian join our team.  She is an incredible talent who is poised for greatness. Working with artists and music like this is why we all do what we do.” 

 

Green released her debut album, A Love Story, in 2002.  The album was certified Gold and featured the hit "Emotional Rollercoaster". She followed this up with her sophomore album, in 2005, Vivian, which featured the hit single, “Gotta Go, Gotta Leave (Tired).”  Green has sold over a million CDs between the two albums. 

She also appeared in the Cole Porter biopic De-Lovely, singing a cover version of Porter's 1930 song "Love for Sale," and played Brenda Holloway in an episode of the first season of the drama series American Dreams, performing a rendition of Holloway's 1964 hit "Every Little Bit Hurts."
